HAND CRAFTED NEAPOLITAN DOUGH
Pizzeria Magaddino makes traditional Neapolitan hand crafted dough. The secret is an old family recipe, handed down for generations. The dough is cold fermented for 48 hours using Italian 00 flour, water, sea salt & yeast. When the dough is ready they make each pizza made to order. It’s then fire the fresh artisan pizza to perfection in special pizza ovens!
